Make your appointment in advance
Once you have booked your vacation, you can look at the treatment menu one line or request a brochure be sent so you can call ahead to
reserve the services you want. Booking early is important because treatment rooms can be limited, and different times of the day tend
to be busier than others. This will ensure your first choice and the time and service you want.
Choosing the treatment for you
We have a variety of spa treatments to choose from if you aren't sure of the treatment you want, or need more information please
contact our main office and they will put you in contact with our spa manager who will be able to answer any of your questions or
help you plan you spa experience.
Arrive early
We recommend that you arrive at least 15min prior to your appointment time. This will give you time to relax, change into a robe,
and fill out the necessary health history form. You may want to come with enough time to have a hot tub prior, or simply relax in our
outdoor room and enjoy the beautiful views. Remember, don't feel rushed after your treatment, and take the time to continue your spa
experience with the different spa facilities available.
Soak before hand
Warm muscles from a bath, hot shower or hot tub ensure your body is relaxed and pliable and you can receive the most from your treatment.
Talk to our spa reception about the addition of a soak in our deep Japanese tub or the other facilities available at the spa.
Communicate your needs
Our staff is trained to ask about any medical conditions or injuries you may have, and to check with you during your treatment to ensure
your comfort level and the pressure used. However, if you have any concerns please speak up right away.
Eat lightly and Drink plenty of water after your treatment
Don't eat a big meal immediately before heading to the spa. When you are digesting food, your body is concentrated on this and not on
allowing the muscles to relax. Not to mention a full stomach is not comfortable to lie on!
It is important to re-hydrate your body after your treatment with plenty of water. Getting a massage is a lot like exercising,
so it is important to flush the toxins from your system with plenty of water and then replenish again after.
